Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh is known to say: “No mud, no lotus.” This is an apt description of the genesis of Free Reign Healing Arts, a veritable blossom rooted in the decades I spent as a nurse and a hospital administrator, dutifully participating in what I came to regard as a deeply flawed medical system. Having experienced positive changes in people's health with massage, yoga, sound meditation and relating the life experience to the universe, suggested to me that some combination of bodywork, yoga, sound therapy and astrology would be the best way to channel my experience and promote true healing. ​As a Registered Nurse, a Massage Therapist, a Kundalini Yoga Teacher, certified Astrologer and Sound Bath Practitioner, I offer a wide spectrum of approaches to wellness.
