I’m a dedicated practitioner and teacher of holistic health practices and have been involved in healthcare for over 3 decades. I love guiding my clients toward understanding the mind-body connection in the discovery of the gentle power of the healing arts. As a Certified | Licensed Massage Therapist, a Registered Nurse, educator and Kundalini Yoga teacher, I enjoy bridging the gap between Western medicine and the complementary & alternative approaches.  I provide a safe and nurturing atmosphere, in which clients can experience the benefits of massage therapy, sound current and healing breath.
